I've had weight issues almost my entire life. For as long as I can remember I have always been moderately overweight. On New Year's 2007 I decided to make a change to my diet and today I am about one hundred pounds lighter.
GO ME.
However, I would still like to lose another 20 or so and just get healthier.
I was unaware of how easy I could do this.
My routine consisted of an extremely healthy diet including lots of exercise and treadmill time. I also did yoga.
The other day I was at the gym and almost passed out from hunger on the treadmill after 20 minutes. I was confused because I had taken a day off from my diet the day before and didn't understand why I was having issues. Then I weighed myself.
I was at 222 pounds, 3 pounds LIGHTER than I was less than a week prior.
So I panicked, luckily with the holidays upon us I was able to start eating whatever I wanted and I started noshing. It's been less than a week, but I'm looking forward to hitting the gym again, just not until Sunday or so. I want to get lithe and pretty, but I think I'll keep eating for a few more days. There are leftovers to be had.

You will need to regain 50 pounds for Mario if we ever do this Mario and Luigi Halloween.
Better idea. If you go to film school in New York let's take an improv class at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and start a comedy troupe.
